The things that made me go hmmm recently.
From me to you.

I could exist in this room forever. And that ladder. Oh. My.

For cleaning books. For the loves who can’t stand to see them whither.

Need this on my nightstand. Stat.

This nightstand/bookshelf is a wet dream.

All the images above are from Book/Shop. From the About page:

“We’re committed to the reading experience. The surprise of one page turning to the other. The little luxury of sitting in a great reading chair, inhaling the scent of a beautifully made book. The luscious heft of three or four good reads in a sturdy bookbag as you head out into the world. The hundred discoveries waiting at a used bookstore; the refuge of a library.

We believe that a well-made reading environment encourages us to take our time, to have those experiences with books that modern life tries to replace with a rush of empty conveniences.”  Preaching to the choir, my people, preaching to the choir! (via Simple Lovely)

I am raising daughters who one day will search for love. It warms my heart to know there are mothers out there who are preparing their sons to be good men. (if that’s the path they choose, of course 🙂 )

And my other minor obsession for really incredible link round-ups? Just about everything here and here.

I can’t recall a time Very Short List has ever let me down. Sign up for their emails. For a culture whore like me, it’s heaven in my inbox everyday.

In high school, I sobbed through every Holocaust video or any other video of indecent, inhumane cruelty. Today, I decided to listen to this interview while driving. Yeah, driving + crying = looking like a crazy lady on the road. But worth it to remember the value of a positive attitude. (via Michael Hyatt)

Love that Marilyn was a yogi.

What are you reading/watching/inspired by?
